Ping went above and beyond for me. I took my dress to another alteration business first who completely ruined my dress. I rang Ping with very limited time left before my wedding and explained my situation and asked if she could help fix my dress. Ping was understanding, responded fast to me, and very attentive to my issues with the dress… when I took the dress in for my initial appointment, Ping even found other adjustments that could be made to the dress to make it more flattering and fit me better. I could not recommend this business enough. The price was also very good for such high quality work.

Ping is the best!! Not only is her work amazing, but she is so nice and helpful. I spent literally hours in her shop trying to decide what to do about the bustle on my dress - she was so patient and offered me every possible solution, while giving her honest opinion and making sure I understood the pros and cons of each one. She even helped me show my mom (who lives abroad) all of the options over FaceTime. I’m so glad I found Ping and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dress!

I was honestly so relieved to find Ping. I initially purchased a dress from Etsy that was really not well made but I love it for the style and pattern. Ping was so reassuring and worked with the uneven hem in my dress to create a split. She was so flexible and performed miracles on the dress. She listened to my concerns about the off-the-shoulder sleeves limiting my movement and transformed it into straps that are so so pretty. She has extremely high standards for her work and is worth every penny to create a new dress I felt good in.

Ping was literally my lifesaver in the weeks leading up to my wedding day back in March this year. I had to get my dress altered in just under 3 weeks as my initial alterations person wasn't able to do my dress anymore.
